When the raiders carried off the Prophet’s ﷺ camels, Salama ibn al-Akwa’ raised the cry “Ya Sabahah!” and gave pursuit. Muhriz ibn Nadla galloped ahead. Salama begged him to wait — but Muhriz refused to be held back.
