Hazrat Huwayyisa ibn Mas'ud

Converted by a Brother’s Word

Huwayyisa was beating his Muslim brother Muhayyisa رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُHazrat Muhayyisa ibn Mas'udرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُThe Ansari who killed a treacherous Jewish trader on the Prophet's ﷺ order; converted his still-Mushrik brother on the spotAnsar for killing a Jewish trader on the Prophet’s ﷺ order. Muhayyisa رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُHazrat Muhayyisa ibn Mas'udرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُThe Ansari who killed a treacherous Jewish trader on the Prophet's ﷺ order; converted his still-Mushrik brother on the spotAnsar said:

“Had the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to kill you, I would have decapitated you.”
